Our refund and return policy lasts for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since you received your item, we will not be able to offer you a full refund or exchange.

Return Requirements:

  • must be returned within 30 days of the order delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, and unperfumed.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and the refund amount will be automatically transferred to your credit card or original payment method within 1-3 business days.

Delayed or Lost Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, your refund may take 1-3 business days to be officially issued.

Next, contact your bank. Refunds usually take 1-3 business days.

Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the gift giver and they will be aware of your return.

Return shipping is at your expense. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, your exchange may take different amounts of time to arrive.

If you are returning a more expensive item, you may want to consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
