Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be free of stains, perfume, or any signs of wear

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Accessories (if applicable for hygiene reasons)

Kindly include your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will make it right as quickly as possible.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Contact your bank (processing times may vary)
